本函数是实现对浮点数进行四舍五入的计算。参数number是浮点数;参数ndigits是保留几位小数,默认是0值。不过要注意的是转换出来的小数表示可能还是差异,最好使用库专用的数字来计算四舍五入运算。例子:#round()
